My experience with Lindsay Windows has been incredible. I first engaged them via the Chat feature online just to get a rough quote in place while shopping around for replacement windows for my home. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and their representative was extremely helpful in making a decision on which windows to purchase. She made sure to point out some features that I may find especially attractive, like the Neat coating on the windows, rain obscure pattern for the bathroom, and a better Low E option for the glass. Additionally, she went the extra mile and provided me three different quotes for various models and options so that I could make a fully informed decision that made sense for my application. Once I was ready to order, we adjusted final measurements and options and my custom windows were ready for pickup in just 2 weeks! This two weeks included shipping to their facility local to my location so that I could just pick them up and had no shipping cost.
Installation was smooth and straightforward, just as advertised. I’m already seeing noticeable improvements in temperature consistency within my home and absolutely loving the crystal clear view. I messed up one of the options on one window and Lindsay Windows immediately shipped a replacement, no questions asked. Excellent company, excellent customer service, and an incredible product. After 2 plus years of shopping for casement windows, we finally decided on Olson Windows, Doors and Siding for the job.
